Ashley has demonstrated personalized caregiving, excellent customer service skills and a genuine love for working with residents and their families over the past three years at Story Cottage. She has been training to be a house manager for the past year and a half, working with each of our current managers individually as well as filling in as house manager for vacations. She has successfully completed both the Certified Memory Care Professional (CMCP) and the Qualified Memory Care Professional (QMCP) courses, and has been a CNA for 10 years. She has three daughters: Jazmine (21), Jada (19), and Gabby (13) who are the center of her world.
